Why Agro Supply Works Through Agents

On 28th January 2026, Agro Supply brought together it's agents from across Northern Uganda in Lira a head of the new planting season.

At Agro Supply, we work with farmers through our agents. These are peoplewho live and work in the communities where farmers are. They visit farms, talkto farmers, and help them make the right decisions about what to plant and howto care for their crops.

The meeting was held to make sure every agent is ready to support farmersproperly this season.

During the meeting, agents went over basic farming practices like landpreparation, planting, using fertilizers, and controlling pests and diseases.They also talked about Agro Supply’s Save-to-Buy system and shared what farmerslike and what needs to be improved.

Agents also shared what they are seeing in the villages, things like laterains, crop problems, and money challenges farmers are facing. This helps Agro Supply understand what farmers really need.

By training and supporting our agents, Agro Supply is really supportingfarmers. As the season begins, farmers can expect better advice, betterproducts, and more help right in their own communities
